Mr. Andrew Igbo

Has over 15 years demonstrated experience in developing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems. Mr. Igbo who is multi-lingual (English, Spanish and Igbo) has worked extensively in Africa with numerous NGOs, as well as government ministries to integrate M&E as a management tool as opposed to a donor requirement. Mr. Igbo is also experienced in the development of “people-driven” data management systems that streamline data collection and provide a clear and simple way of analyzing the data collected in order to save people from becoming overwhelmed.

Mr. Igbo provides training to NGOs on the fundamentals of M&E. He developed the electronic logframe matrix (ELM), a training tool that makes it easy to quickly generate logframes. The ELM is a great training tool with its built-in features that walks trainees through the process of checking the design logic and M&E elements of logframes they develop using the ELM.
